Our feet were designed to walk on soft, natural surfaces like soil and sand, today we walk on hard, unnatural “man-made” surfaces. The loss of our “Footprint” causes our feet to compensate unnaturally by rolling in (over pronating). Orthotics/insoles are designed to reduce the knee, foot, heel or hip- and back pain related to over-pronation.
